Shipping policy

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays from 10am to 5pm. We do our best to ship all orders within 48 hours of purchase.

We as merchants are not liable for incorrect addresses and lost or stolen merchandise. Once we ship the item, USPS is responsible for shipment. For lost/stolen packages please track your order, refer to your shipping confirmation email and find your tracking number. You may also try to contact USPS with your tracking number for further information on any stolen/lost packages.
