Refund policy
We do not except refunds. Exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of purchase. The merchandise must be returned in its original condition and the merchandise must be returned in it's original or similar box with the packing slip. If the hat returned shows obvious signs of wear or dirty sweatbands in the forehead region, we may presume the hat was worn and we will send it back to the customer. We cannot issue a refund or allow exchanges if we receive a worn hat. The same applies to all clothing. Please note on the packing slip what you'd like to exchange for. The exchange must be for a product on our website of equal or lesser value. Discount codes may NOT be used for an exchange.
Customers are responsible for shipping all exchanged merchandise back to us. We highly advise securing a tracking number for your return, as Bayside Brim Co. will NOT be liable for any return packages lost in transit. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing exchanges from the time we receive the returned product.
